Which cities in Bangladesh do you deliver to?
All major cities: Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Barisal and Rangpur. Smaller towns are available on request.
Can you ship from any city in China?
Yes. We work with suppliers in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Yiwu, Shanghai and other manufacturing hubs, and coordinate pickup from your supplier's location.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (The City Bank, Dhaka), bKash, Nagad or cheque. We use a 70/30 structure: 70% in advance and 30% on delivery.
Do you offer cargo insurance?
Yes. Optional cargo insurance costs 1–2% of the shipment value and covers loss or damage during transit and handling.
What can't be shipped?
Hazardous materials, explosives, flammable items, weapons and counterfeit goods. Goods with batteries or liquids can fly only on the Hong Kong route, so declare them honestly. If you're unsure, ask us before you buy.
What if my shipment is delayed?
Delays can come from customs, weather or port congestion. We tell you straight away with an updated arrival date, and you can check the current stage on the tracking page at any time.

Second-hand machinery is importable, but the conditions are evidentiary: remaining economic life certified by an approved surveyor, age limits on generators and engines, and documents that must exist before the goods ship.
